Seventh Generation laundry sheets are made with PVA, to deliver cleaning ingredients that remove tough stains from your clothes. These products are formulated to work in both standard and HE machines using the same dosage directions. Our HE formulated laundry detergents can be used in all home washing machines and laundromats. When you see a blue oval symbol with "HE" in the lower right front of the package you will know that it can be used in your HE machine. If the HE symbol is not on the package, it should not be used in HE machines. We hope this helps!
