Shark HydroVac Cordless Pro XL 3-in-1 vacuum mop and self-clean system for hard floors and area rugs - WD201

I bought this as I was interested in a vacuum and mop combo. It started okay, but so not worth it. Leaves streaks, sometimes it leaves wet areas. Just horrible. Dont buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way it can clean both area rugs and regular flooring the only thing I didn’t like is the fact it only has one scent to clean the flooring. The noise level is not overly loud but still pretty noisy at times.

I wanted to love this because the idea of it it great but unfortunately it does not work as it should . My floors are floating so the mop feature doesn’t work the spin brush should float on my opinion because unless u have a brand new home than your floors probably are not level as they once were due to settling . The concept is great they just need to work on the model and it also smells even when cleaning it

Easy to use and maintain. It does a great job cleaning the floors. I use it on wood, tile and area rugs

Runs out of water real fast, clogs easily, and does not get stuff from corners. I have to use my broom still. Descent vacuum but not as good as the reviews actually state.

I got my HydroVac about a month ago and i am extremely happy with it. After reading all of the reviews I could find, it does exactly what I expected. If I had to list a con it would be that it will not clean dry the smallest dry bird poop. Anything dry/stuck on should be hydrated if you want the HydroVac pick it up. Otherwise it has made life with a bad back sooooo much easier!

I bought this a couple weeks ago and am thoroughly pleased. I used to have to sweep, then dust mop then mop to get all the dog hair and debris from dogs using doggie door. Now I can do it all in one pass.

WORSE PRODUCT EVER PRODUCED . WORKS ONLY WHEN IT WANTS TO NOT WHEN YOU WANT TO USE IT . NEVER ABLE TO COMPLETE CLEANING EVEN ONE ROOM. NO ON AND OFF SWITCH KICK IT AND HOPE IT STARTS HIT A WALL OR CHAIR LEG AND IT STOPS IT WORKS WITH LIQUID SPONGE GETS WET IT STOPS. DRY CLEAN SPONGE NEW MOP HEAD AND STILL SHUTS OFF . COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY IF THIS IS EXAMPLE OF SHARK PRODUCTS DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEM . DO NOT BUY THIS PTODUCT IT IS GOING IN THE TRASH AND I WILL REPLACE IT WITH A BISSELL .

Amazing, Amazing, dose a great job on the cleaning all floors as well as carpet so easy to use and it cleans it self

I would probably give this mop/vac 4 stars but it doesn’t clean older dirt from my tile floor and the reason I’m giving it only 1 star is because it smells bad, like old moldy water and the smells won’t go away from the tank and roller even though I wash them every time after each use by hand…so I’m having mixed feelings if I should keep it or get a different brand because I do love the concept and it’s very easy to use!

It SUCKS the water really well, i enjoy using this machine. Don't need to vacuume then use a mob. now you can do both at the same time!

Very happy with my purchase. Would have given it 5 stars if the vacuum handles dog fur better and the charge lasted a bit longer.

Need to be charging constantly. My house 3 bedrooms and 2 bad. In just the living room and the kitchen need to be charge.

Bought 2 months ago. Have new lanolium flooring and with dogs and kids thought this would be a good buy. First few days where great. We empty it after every use and clean it per instructions. Honestly big disappointment, I wanted to love this product so much. I feel the suction is good but the actual mop part is a flop. It doesn't get the floors wet at all really and I still have to follow up with the swifter afterwards which defeats the purpose. I'm such a review girl so definitely disappointed in the overall function if this vacuume/ mop combo.

I have bought Shark products since they first came out and been happy when I select their best. This product is their WORSE. Anything on the floor dried on, stays on. leaves so much behind. Tanks indicate empty/ fill far too frequently. Simple rinse out isn't possible because catch containers have too many ways to have hair and debris stick and catch. Digging garbage out by hand is necessary. Too many parts to clean before you can start again, and area in the neck not accessible to clean. Doesn't clean to edges and leaks if standing still for even a few minutes. Didn't even try on it on rugs. Hope I can get a refund!

Honestly the only thing that could be better on this wonder of a machine is the battery life. It works like a dream!! I have twin boys who are no strangers to making messes 😊 this vac/mop is incredible!! My kids got ahold of my husband's ashtray and it was all over my hard wood floors. This thing picked all up (including the butts) in one pass! I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS VACUUM!!!

Works well at first then after first few weeks it keeps throwing a clean water tank error

We’ve had it a few weeks and honestly it’s not great. It doesn’t suck very good and the moping part is horrible.

This is a game changer for me. I bought it because I have a new puppy and wanted something that would make it easier to mop my kitchen every single day. I also wanted to be able to go over the hallways and living room area rug to make sure I wasn’t letting any odors sink in. I don’t think it does a great job at deep cleaning or removing spots, and the cleaning solution is a little pricey especially since I want to use every day or every other day, which is why I took a star away. But let me tell you, it has made it less of a chore to go from cleaning rugs and hard floors and also no need to sweep up before mopping. It self cleans which is awesome and it gets quite a bit of dirt up as I can tell when emptying the tank. I highly recommend and will probably purchase a separate shark deep cleaner as well so this one will be more for daily dirt. I love it.
