Hands-free cleaning that fits perfectly into a bus
The Shark ION Robot Vacuum has been a lifesaver in my busy household. With kids constantly on the move, crumbs and dust pile up fast—but this little robot handles it all! It navigates around furniture well, rarely gets stuck, and returns to its dock like a pro. I love scheduling cleanings through the app, and it keeps the floors looking fresh between deep cleans. It’s surprisingly quiet and does great on both rugs and hard floors.

Worth the money!
This robot vacuum is the third one we’ve purchased in 5 years and is by far the best. The dust trap is the largest that I’ve seen, allowing it to easily vacuum up more dirt during its run time. It also has had the most consistent self docking that I’ve seen, allowing you to trust that it will return home and charge itself after each run. The unit is a little bigger than other robot vacuums, which allows it to not get stuck under objects that other robot vacuums might. Another quality Shark product. Would definitely buy again! Bargain for the price!

Not bad - but disappointing
We replaced a similarly priced Deebot vac with this Shark Ion. It cleans well enough and the battery life is much better than the tired old Deebot. But the Deebot remote offered numerous operations and commands, including things like directed cleaning along walls and corners, and the ability, using the remote, to direct it to a spot or just send it in another direction. The Shark app provides only on, off, and pause, (and dock) so if I want it to go to a particular room or clean up a specific mess I have to pick up the vac to move it, or bounce it off my feet to get it to go in a certain direction. That's the disappointing part.

No mapping and no suction
This is my second shark robot vacuum and I’m so disappointed. Without the mapping it’s just randomly zig zagging around the house, constantly running into walls, furniture, etc. I am returning this after one use as it ran for 2 hours and didn’t pick up any crumbs or dog hair.

Shark robot
It worked great at first then stopped even though it was cleaned out well often. We called shark and after 4 phone calls an two emails they said they would send us a new one then wrote back they couldn't. We had it for less than 6 months. I had higher expectations of shark brand.
