Followed all the instructions. I got it working for a little bit. It keeps flagging when over my carpet saying it's a cliff. Most of my house is carpet.

This is my second shark robot vacuum and I’m so disappointed. Without the mapping it’s just randomly zig zagging around the house, constantly running into walls, furniture, etc. I am returning this after one use as it ran for 2 hours and didn’t pick up any crumbs or dog hair.

It worked great at first then stopped even though it was cleaned out well often. We called shark and after 4 phone calls an two emails they said they would send us a new one then wrote back they couldn't. We had it for less than 6 months. I had higher expectations of shark brand.

Only lasted 2 months, barely picked up anything. Always got stuck and hard to find it. Always sweep after it and don’t clean up anything on any rugs.

I’m returning this and going back to a much cheaper Amazon robot vacuum. This doesn’t pick stuff up. I know that’s the whole point of this vacuum, but it’s awful. I have hard floors, and after this robot does a cycle, I still have to go back over with my handheld vacuum due to dog hair and dirty clearly still on the floor. I do not recommend to anybody.

Bought this and returned it the very next day. The vacuum just would not pick up any thing. I put down carpet fresh and it just rolled around and did absolutely nothing. Not worth the money.

Bought this item at Christmas 2023. Worked great until it . July 2024 doesn’t work at all. Keep getting an error light that the sensors are dirty but no way to resolve the issue. That is only seven months this product lasted. I really should’ve given it one star.

Worst vacuum ever. When this this actually wants to run it don’t pick up. Then it randomly stops in the middle of the floor saying bumper stuck. Currently as of typing this review, the thing will not start at all, saying bumper stuck. Throwing it in the trash.

Worth the money. Got this on sale and only paid $150 and I can’t believe how well it works. Doesn’t get stuck on smiting, cleans for so long and gets all the dirt and hair. I honestly run it everyday - every other day. I haven’t had to run my normal hard floor vacuum at all since getting “Bruce” 😊 I also love how this doesn’t cost an arm & a leg. Robot vacuums are expensive.

I run my shark multiple times a day because I have a dog that sheds. It runs for really long time before having to go back to the dock. It’s easy to clean and keep my floor clean.
