Shark Rocket Ultra-Light Corded Stick Vacuum

I like Shark floor care products, this is a decent vacuum but there’s a few aesthetics I don’t like ie the dirt reservoir stays attached to cord (should be able to separate it), also didn’t like that none of the tools can be stored on the vacuum, luckily I was able to take the tool color off an older Shark and attach it to the new one.

Lightweight, maneuverable, and suction seems fine. Only downsides are that you have to empty the bin fairly often, and it doesn’t stand upright when assembled. But I’m very happy with it.

Got this for half off at another store, but even at that great price, it wasn’t worth it. Lightweight and easy to clean but the suction was subpar.

This is the best vacuum to have on hand if you have furry animals or kids. I have both, so there are plenty of messes to clean up. My cleaning lady tried it and bought one for her own business the same week. It’s easy to clean the inside and to dump the container.

I purchased this vacuum two years ago and the house has now ripped in two places. This was supposed to replace my shark vacuum that had the same issue happen but after TEN years! Luckily I bought it while on sale for $100. I wouldn’t recommend buying it unless it’s on sale.

Suction is awful won’t stand on it own unless you take top off. My little stick vacuum did much better and half the cost.

Doesn’t miss a speck of dust!! So happy I switched from a swiffer.

Worked well for the first 2 years. Now you have to do multiple passes for it to even pick stuff up. The handheld attachment is even worse. My only hope is that a new filter will help.

We have a very nice industrial vacuum that cleans carpets very well but was difficult to maneuver up next to kitchen and bathroom cupboards. Everything about this in the description is very true... excellent maneuverability because of the swivel head, lightweight, powerful suction, easy to empty, easy to change to handheld, versatile and useful for higher or underneath situations. We just can't say enough good things about this product.... best $$$ we've spent in a long time.

It doesn’t stand up. It falls over because it’s too heavy and will not stand alone. And after having a cordless the cord is super annoying.

I love the design of the vacuum, light wieght and easy to store in a small space, BUT the performance of this vacuum leaves a lot to be desired... I chose this model because we just needed it for basic cleaning, no pets and only carpet in the bedrooms; I felt like it took forever to vacuum the carpeted areas! if you are using this on wood, tile, or laminate, thats great, but carpet of any sort.. You may have to do more than 3 passes to get it clean. I definitely would stear clear of this one, not worth the price tag.

Bought this to replace a similar model I had. The suction doesn't seem to be as strong. The biggest drawback for me has been that the cannister doesn't detach. So every time I need to empty it I have to unplug and drape the cord around me so that I can take it with me to empty it. This such an annoyance since I have to do this multiple times due to the small size of the cannister.

I like this vacuum because it is so light. I don’t like that it doesn’t stand upright when it’s assembled so it has to lean on something. I don’t like that the dirt cup is so small and that the dirt cup is attached to the motor unit so the power cord is in the way when emptying it into a bag or you have to carry it too when you empty the cup into a garbage can. It’s very awkward.

Suction is very short lived and the brush and filters clog up quickly and doesn’t hold much and storing it is annoying with it being top heavy. Shark has always been my go to for vacuums but this was disappointing.

Had this vacuums for 70 years it was my great great grandmas she bought in 1923 still works fine just need new vacuums bags for it they don’t fit very well for some reason

I waited two months to write an honest review and here it is. The canister it’s small but nothing too crazy. It literally sucks EVERYTHING UP! the cord is not crazy long, but I use an extension cord. When I tell you this was so awesome I love it !!!

Small but mighty! My coworker recommended this one to me and I absolutely love it! Will recommend to others!

Works great and is perfect for picking up all the fur my 2 huskies shed daily. The only thing I dislike is that it doesn't stand up on its own if its all put together.

I purchased this vacuum to replace a cordless stick vacuum that I got on Amazon. The Amazon vacuum wasn’t cleaning as well as it once was. After researching and seeing this vacuum came highly recommended on YouTube videos, I read reviews and then decided to purchase. It was a nice change from the cordless. This vacuum was much more powerful. It picked up so much dust and dirt, I was amazed. It felt like we picked a winner. I still love this vacuum but here we are maybe two or so years later and it too is no longer working as well. I purchased a replacement floor nozzle piece on eBay as the Shark store didn’t seem to offer a replacement for this model. We sprinkled cookies on the floor to test it. I thought it was working at first but when I turned the vacuum off, a bunch of the cookie crumbs I had just cleaned up fell back out the machine. We’ll likely look into another model or maybe repurchase this one depending on if research shows 2 or so year is as good as it gets these days.
