Q: How long is the handle, meaning is it long enough so as not to require stooping?
A: Not sure how long the handle is but it doesn't require stooping.

Q: How long are the 4 pads, included in purchase meant to last? How many uses before pads need to be replaced? Thank you.
A: We would like to let you know for best cleaning results, we recommend replacing the Dirt Grip Soft scrub Pads every 3 to 4 months following normal use.

Q: Is this steam mop self-proppeled?

Q: what kind of solution do you use for it?On ceramic tiles especially.
A: We can assist you with your inquiry. We do not recommend putting cleaning solutions, vinegar, scented perfumes, oils, or any other chemicals to the water used in the Steam Mop as this may damage it or make it unsafe for use.

Q: is this safe for vinyl plank flooring??
A: We can assist you with your request. Our Steam Mops are designed for use on all sealed hard-floor surfaces. We recommend that you first Test an isolated area of the floor surface to be cleaned as well as review the use and care instructions from your floor manufacturer.
