also when wording a product with this online buying needs to be specific! when this item claimed massage, to me means moving like a wave over your back. NOT! a vibration only is big difference.

Sharper Image usually has such awesome products, but this one was a letdown to me, especially at such a high price. The heat pad's heat is wonderful, but the pad is much smaller than shown in the photo. The "vibrators" are 2 tiny little units installed at the top and bottom of the heating pads which you can bare feel doing. Aside from the heating, I found this product pretty disappointing. If I still had the original packing, I would send it back. Not worth the money in my opinion.

It's very easy to use. I bought 2, one for me and one for my son. Best news is we can use at same time.You can have heat while you get vibration mode. It helps alot with backaches, etc. That is my primary usage. I would buy one again.

The cord is extra long which is absolutely awesome! The heat function works lightning fast and comes with 3 heat levels to choose from. The massager also has 3 levels of intensity to choose between and I find all 3 levels to be quite soothing and could easily put me to sleep... so its a good thing it also has an auto shut off function. It really does a great job of relaxing a tired back and calming the ache. Plus it comes with a nice drawstring bag to store it in. Very happy with it all in all.

I just wish that the massage was longer than 15 minutes. 30 minutes would be perfect as I'd not even feel it turn off by then since I'd be asleep. At first I thought it was a bit expensive, but after using it, it's more than made up for the price.

It's built extremely well, but I feel the vibrating motors could be redesigned. Instead of have just two, it could be re-designed to make them smaller, but include more throughout the whole pad. The weighted-ness of the pad is great and the heating element is great, but for this product less heat is more. You only need to turn the heat up to medium for it the work well. Anything above that will be too much. The power cable is long enough to reach and has safety features built in which is excellent. I really like this product. I just which the vibrating aspect was designed better.

This is a weighted heating pad and is very heavy. So if your alone it's almost impossible to apply this on to your back. Controls for both heat and massaging are on the same controller. I would not recommend.

I sometimes have trouble falling to sleep because of the pain but with this heating pad I drift off to sleep for a nap much faster! I love it! And the weight is the perfect amount not too heavy.
