The smell is probably the best thing about this product. The conditioner is very thin and did not coat my hair and leave it detangled and soft the way other curly products do.

I’m not sure how this based quality control, the conditioner is too thick to pump out! Formula & smell are great but now I have to unscrew the pump EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Dry and Tangled
Completely dries out my hair and doesn’t help detangle my knots. I have to use SO much product just to alleviate a little bit of the knots. Does help maintain curl pattern.

Pretty curls
This conditioner works very well. I bought it for my youngest since she has curly hair. The scent smells pretty good. The texture is creamy and a little bit more on the thicker side. It definitely leaves her hair soft so it’s easy to untangle. Her curls look so pretty afterwards as well. I’ll be buying the bigger bottle next time. Really recommend the shampoo and conditioner.

Curls back instantly
I blow dry my hair about once or twice a week and I also dye my hair. So when I want to go natural or help my curls come back this conditioner really works well. As long as you do your mid/ends it shouldn't weight your hair down. This is the best conditioner hands down for curls from shea moisture. I've tried all the others but this one does the job.

I love the conditioner, but there’s a small problem with it. The container is not well made or the formula is just too thick that it takes a few minutes for the conditioner to come out of the container.

Buyer Beware!!! Dries out your hair!
This product made my hair SO DRY and brittle within only a few months of use. I switched to shea moisture over the summer of 2023 because it was vegan and “healthier” than other hair products, and by January 2024 my hair was so dry and brittle it’s like straw! When I switched to this product I did not change my haircare routine and I do not use heat on my hair. My hair went from very healthy, thick, moisturized hair to extremely dry and brittle. My hairstylist even scolded me on how dry my hair was and told me I needed to switch shampoo/conditioner immediately.

Amazing product
This product smells really good and it leaves a great job working on your hair. My hair is usually dry after the shower but putting this conditioner on really helped my hair become much more soft and smoother!
