The umbrella is designed for compact travel, making it easy to carry in bags or backpacks. While it features a variety of cute designs and is lightweight, many guests have expressed concerns about its durability and functionality. The manual opening mechanism can be challenging, and the umbrella may not withstand strong winds or heavy rain. Overall, it serves well for light use but may not be reliable for more demanding weather conditions.

My daughter needed a compact umbrella that would fit in her backpack, which is already packed with notebooks for school. Some of the compact umbrellas aren't that small - or small enough to fit in a packed backpack. This one is perfect, although the coverage isn't as good as the bigger umbrellas. But it works for the short trips between campus buildings. And the bright yellow swirl pattern stands out so no one confuses it with their basic black umbrella.

Doednt stay closed
The umbrella rod doesn’t stay collapsed so if you carry the umbrella by its wrist strap it extends all the way down, very poor design.

Impossible to Open
I just wanted a compact umbrella for travel. Glad I didn't actually need it because it was impossible to open when I tried it out. I was afraid to try to force it because the ribs felt a bit flimsy. I'll be returning it.

Small umbrella and manual not automatic
Color and quality is great! But it is manual and you cannot open it with one hand. It is extremely compact , but overall is meant to be for a small child, under the age of 10 perhaps. I had to return it

Fits in a small purse
This brand feels a little flimsy (as compared to a Totes umbrella) and has a weird opening mechanism. It comes in lots of different patterns (all pretty girly imho) but I was ok with this more classic black with polka dots. It was too high priced (almost twice as much as the better made Totes brand umbrellas). Bought this anyway because it is so small and it fit perfectly inside my travel crossbody bag. It has survived 2 days of use thus far - keeping my fingers crossed that it will last a few more.

Flimsy/small
Cute but too small and flimsy. Hard to open, and the first time I used it the umbrella flipped inside out. It wasn't super windy or anything.

Dont buy
Can't even get it to open. Returning it because someone with a college degree & lots of common sense can't figure this out.

Broke immediately
I bought this as a backup umbrella for my car, in case I ever got caught without one. I used this umbrella once in the last 11 months since purchasing it. Today I tried to use it for the second time, and it fell apart. I would appreciate being refunded for this defective item. Target returns is stating the return window has closed, but this was essentially brand new as I’d only used it once before. Very upset with my purchase and would not recommend to anyone.

Won't last long
It's a cute umbrella that is compact, so it was great to travel with or throw in my bag. But! The quality is low and won't last long. Forget even using it on a rainy and WINDY day. Just do yourself a favor and spend more money on a higher quality umbrella. You'll save money in the long run.

Beautiful Umbrella
This umbrella is easy to open and close, has an ergonomic handle with a loop, and is very sturdy. The design is gorgeous, bright tropical pattern with vibrant coloring. It does the job and looks great!

Buy a different umbrella
Purchased for travel. Poor quality. This umbrella did not open after many attempts of video tutorials, and reading instructions. Opening an umbrella shouldn’t be this difficult. This reminds me of the manual umbrellas as a child that would rust and slice your finger when opening and closing. Nostalgic, but let’s keep the trauma in the 90’s. My little one (grade K) had to go to school in the rain, crying. :/ Highly disappointed, will return.

Cute, Compact, and Sturdy
When they advertise it as a mini umbrella, they mean it! As you can see from the picture, when the umbrella is closed up, it is barely bigger than my hand. However, it opens up to what I would consider to be the size of a normal umbrella capable of sheltering one adult or possibly a couple of children from the rain. It is easy to open and close and would obviously fit very nicely in a purse or even some pants pockets. My only complaint is that it doesn't have an easy open button. It definitely requires two hands to extend it. Otherwise, it is a cute, compact, and sturdy umbrella.

Doesn't last
it's compact and has cute design options, but isn't made to last. Mine rusted on the inside after a few uses. It's also tiny so it doesn't completely work
