When using this product: do not exceed recommended dosage,do not use this product for more than 3 days. Use only as directed. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen,temporary discomfort such as burning, stinging, sneezing, or increased nasal discharge may occur,use of this container by more than one person may spread infection.Directions
Remove protective cap. Before using for the first time, prime the pump by firmly depressing its rim several times. Hold container with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Without tilting your head, inset nozzle into nostril. Fully depress rim with a firm, even stroke and inhale deeply.Adults & Children 6 Years & Older (with Adult Supervision)

Provides Relief for Stuffy Noses

When I need fast relief I turn to Vicks Sinex VapoCOOL Nasal Spray. This product is easy to administer and does a great job of clearing my sinuses so I can breathe again.

Have this handy for when needed

It helps us easily and discreetly handle our nasal congestion FAST! I love that I can fit it in my purse for when we are on the go! It’s a fine mist so we don’t see any issues when using. Instantly clear sinuses

I can breathe again!!!

I have tried so many products and not one of them can even come close to the Vicks sinus severe!! I can now breathe through my nose again and will never use anything else!!

It worked quickly and effectively but more importantly, it lasted. I was able to breathe for several hours! I would highly recommend it!

Have a tissue ready
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out the Sinex - Vicks® Sinex™ Saline Ultra Fine Nasal Mist and have a tissue ready. It immediately leaks out your nose. My nose started leaking so quickly that I pulled the sprayer out of my nose so fast it was still misting and got mist in my eye! It does flush out the immediate area of your nostril but my nose is still stuffy so it doesn't seem like it gets the back of your sinus. I have mixed feelings about it.

Burns and doesn't clear
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out the Sinex - Vicks® Sinex™ SEVERE VapoCOOL Nasal Spray and it burns so bad. It's like putting VICKS rub inside your nostril. It didn't clear my plugged up nose either. Very disappointed; I usually love VICKS products. I'll stick their FluTherapy and Rub.
