A: There are small screws to loosen and metal "tabs" that slide open so the frame can be separated.

A: Actually, an 8 x 10 image will not fill the frame. The total inside dimensions of the frame are about ~10.5 x ~14. Source: I bought one in stores and I just measured it!

A: Mine only has two little hanger things flat against edge of top of frame in back. But it is clear, so you could put something else there. However, how would you make it stand up to see both sides?

A: The directions above will help. The slider on the frame I bought was tight...I put the end of a straight screwdriver into the groove at the top of the frame and gently tapped it with a hammer while resting the edge of the frame on a flat table. The plastic insert will slide out.

A: Yes, I have a 11x11 in mine and there is ample room. However, the only thing that is bad, is that the tiny little brackets that hold in the glass, etc., are so loose they swing open upon moving the frame, and I am afraid the whole thing will fall out. So I am going to figure out a way to hold them in place better.

I bought an older version of this frame a few years ago, and it has held up nicely! Sometime between then and now, they have changed the frame to be cheaply made. The wood grain feels (and looks) like plastic now. It matched my older one well enough that I didn’t mind, but after hanging it up for a few days with only a small picture in it, the “wood” frame came apart. I thought maybe the command strips I was using made it fall, but no, the literal FRAME broke into pieces on the sides before it fell off the wall. My older one is still going strong with command strips. This new one is CHEAP and not worth the money.

Good frame BUT hassle to prep
Nice frame but pricey and the manufacturer decided to seriously glue the faux photo to the glass. I cannot simply put a picture in because I had to first carefully scrape it with a blade and then use goo gone to totally take it off ..not your typical fun booger type goo. Serious hassle! Also make sure you check your corners before leaving the store, we had to take our first one back.

You’re either going to love them or hate them. They look beautiful when add your pictures but it can be difficult to center your picture and then realize you can see the dozen fingerprints front and back. After you’re done, you won’t want to replace the image inside the frame.

The frame itself is great but the example print is unnecessarily glued to the glass and does not remove cleanly. I have to use cleaner to get the glue off so it doesn't stick to real prints and damage them
