We bought this as a birthday gift and it was a huge hit! We've since seen it in action and it's very cool. Child shared he loves using it to fall asleep at night/helped him feel better at night.

From ages 6 to 39, no one liked it! The discription doesn’t mention you have to hand turn to see different planets, only stars spin continuously.see moreof the reviewer's review

What a piece of garbage for the money. It is nothing more than a plastic viewmaster with fuzzy projected pictures. The night sky is just dots all over. We expected something much higher quality with the Smithsonian name. Don't waste your money.see moreof the reviewer's review
