I'm so glad someone is making this bioidentical folate! The body knows how to use it immediately. On the other hand, using the folic acid form is like trying to stuff an elephant through a keyhole. In so many people the folic acid form even blocks true folate. So with folic acid being added to "fortify" even more foods, we need the bioidentical folate in this Metafolin even more!

This is an easy way to make sure you have the active form of B9. FOLIC ACID can be harmful to many people.
