Nice sound but!
Nice sound but they suffer from interfarance from other devices far to easerly where as my cheaper alternatives dont! Also not as comy as others I use. So not as good as I hoped.

An inferior successor to the WF-C500
Bought 2 weeks ago and heavily unimpressed so far. Feels like a more inferior product to my WF-C500s which they were replacing. Firstly the headphone controls are entirely different and laggy, changing up volume and down being different ears is annoying as is having to repeatedly press vs having the long press feature and this appears to be the only control setting you can't customise. The headphones don't tell you how much battery is left when you put them in like the WF-C500 used to so you're in the dark about how long you'll have before it needs charging. And worst of all is the left ear bud is terrible, constantly loses connection if I move or turn my head, the WF-C500s never ever lose connection, and yes I have "retain a stable bluetooth connection" feature selected and it makes zero difference. The case feels cheaply made, and the headphones don't snap in as fluidly as the WF-C500s and are fiddly and prone to falling out. I intend to return these and try to find a better brand as it feels like such a downgrade and I'm very unhappy the WF-C500s have been discontinued. It's a real shame as I thought these would be an upgrade on the older WF-C500s but I find them much less robust and not user friendly.

Short Lived
I bought this in March 2025 and use it on a weekly basis. In the last couple of days, the left ear bud has broken audio. It sounds distorted. I love it for the couple of months I had it but did not last long

Great pair of affordable ear buds
I have had these for a few months now - long enough to have an informed opinion. With the medium size tips they fit pretty good. An 8 out of 10 I would say. If I wear them while working out they can become loose in my ear but I didn't buy them for working out. These were purchased for every day, mostly at home use. They are at a great price point for the quality you get. I wasn't looking for noise canceling in these so there's no loss for me there. The ability to hear ambient noise is a plus for me as there are things going on around me that I need to hear. The sound quality is very good, again considering the price. They are comfortable enough that I fall asleep with them in. Being able to use only one bud is important to me and being able to use either the left or right matters as well and those options are covered. These are, overall, a good sounding, good fitting, affordable pair of truly wireless blue tooth earbuds. I am sold on Sony's quality. I will be trying a pair if their most expensive earbuds next and expect that I will be even more impressed with those.

Not long lasting
I bought these earbuds around 3-4 months ago and they’ve already stopped working. I’ve taken great care of them, but the case is not charge for more than 30 seconds after being plugged in
