    The sound is not as good as my previous headphones which were CH-500. The usb charging cable provided with the CH-520 is an absolute joke, money saving at the expense of the user.I will now need to spend additional money to buy a proper length charging cable. Sony you should be embarrassed !!!!

    Headphones are good and the battery life that easily lasts days is nice to have. My biggest problem, which makes me regret buying these, is that you must have the app to use the full functionality of the headphones, such as the noise cancelling/ambient sounds features. I am unable to get the app because my phone is too old and Sony haven’t included laptops in their usability, which means you can’t control your headphones when connected to a laptop or computer! This means I can’t use the noise cancelling which is what I payed for, very frustrating.

    Had the headphones a few days and at first I was really impressed with quality and sound. The app is decent as well and battery life seems good. Noise cancellation not as good as expected. This morning I tried adjusting the headphones as I was hearing cars go past and was checking they were actually on properly. When I was adjusting/moving them into place I started to hear short circuit noises/static on the left ear. I then found out this short circuit noise was happening as soon as I touched the left side. Really disappointed with this purchase. Was looking forward to having these long term but unfortunately for me they weren't up to the standard you would expect from Sony.

    Had them for a week or so, so not worn in yet but first impressions are good. Comfy to wear, feel light on the ears and sound quality is fine. I mainly bought for TV use, I don't think I can use the app to adjust equaliser doing this, it only seems to appear when using with phone for music, not a big issue though.
