A: Thank you for your question! On the back of the device, you will see a cap. Take this cap off and turn the device upside down to drain the water out. You can shake the device to have the water drain out faster. We also suggest sticking a toothpick in the hole while holding upside down to break the air lock.

I purchased it for the sake of skincare novelty. I love it for exfoliation with the diamond head attachment. I used it once in a blue moon and this wand does not hold its charge, So I recommend "planning ahead" when using it, fully charge it before use, and charge it again when finished using. I like the power of of its suction and it does what I need it to do. Just the fact that... It could be better, is all I'm saying.

I should have listened to the other reviews. This product is completely useless. Didn’t do a single thing but bust skin capillaries. It doesn’t clean out the pores. The mist shoots out from an awkward location about a few inches lower than the head of the device. I will be returning the device. 100% a hard pass

I was really excited to receive this, but after using it a couple of times I'm incredibly disappointed in this product. I have other spa science products which I love but this one fell short. I saw no visible results after using the pore cleaning adapter. I also didn't see really any different using the microdermabrasion tip either. I can't say that I can recommend this product to others, but maybe it will work for someone else.

This is one of the best tools for acne prone skin. I use it every few days to help keep my skin clean of gunk. If I have acne pop up I use this immediately. I also love that I can put my acne spray in and it will mist my face with it while using.

I've had other pore vacuums before, and they worked great. Even the cheaper ones did the job they were supposed to do and sucked the gunk out; maybe it just took a couple more passes or heat to open up the pores. This one has the weakest suction in the history of the world. It sucks out absolutely nothing; there's no strength whatsoever (even at the highest one), and, believe me, there's a lot to pull out of my skin. This is the biggest waste of money in my life, and the worst part is I got rid of the box before testing it, so I can't even return it. Do NOT buy this item!

I didn't even have high expectations for this tool but gave it a shot anyway. Don't make the same mistake. The suction is half as strong as my old one, it takes 12 hours to charge for up to 1 hour of use, and lastly, by far the biggest disappointment is that the dermabrasion attachment doesn't rotate or move at all. If you want to know what this product feels like, imagine rubbing a plastic straw with a metal sandpapery edge up and down your face while someone else sucks in air from the other end.

I knew there would be some pain because it was sucking gunk out of my pores, but it hurt more than I expected. I have sensitive skin so I wasn't surprised when I made my face turned bright red but ex back to the similar to happen to anyone who has sensitive skin or a bit of rosacea. Overall I feel like the product works OK, it definitely sucked some stuff out of my pores. I guess it just depends on how much pain you're willing to go through.

Bella is the best and she always go for the gunk!!! There is something so foul something so satisfying that Bella can do it's literally incredible. It has different size tips to really get in and get everything out of your pores!!! I love using it after I has a great pore sucker outer session. You will never be the same without this amazing tool.
