Spa Sciences NANO Portable Facial Mister for Skincare & Makeup/Lash Setting

It leaks when stored upright. Confirmed by the Spa Sciences rep as being a fault in the design. I was told to store it upside down. The top is wavy, and storing it upside down is unstable on a flat surface. Storing it upside is not indicated by the design, nor by the instruction manual. It is a fault in the design, which Spa Science acknowledges but continues to sell it. Also, it rusted within a week. The only thing Spa Sciences would do about it is send me a new one. I had two, so they sent two, and both new ones leaked. And rusted. Just like the first two did. I doubt they will continue to send replacements over and over again, but maybe they will, but they will likely all leak and rust. Well, perhaps rust would take longer with only water in it, since we had a 0.2% saline solution in it, and... ... the official word is you can only use water in it. This is learnable only after buying it and reading the manual or by contacting Spa Sciences. This limitation of water-only is not clearly stated on the Target product page or the Spa Sciences product page. Water is mentioned as being sprayed, but nothing on the pages indicate that nothing else may be put in it, as is often the desired use of a product like this. Spa Sciences will not issue a refund since it was bought from Target, and even though it is a faulty product Target.com shows it as not eligible for a return—that is the policy on this product, as the return window is still open for other products I bought at the same time. Maybe I will have better luck taking it into the store and speaking to a manager.

I love my facial mist, it a perfect size for traveling it hydrates my skin and its refreshing through out the hot summer days in Texas.

The top broke withing a week of me using it, waste of money, domt buy. I had to buy super glue just to hold it together

Like the title says, I carry it everywhere I go in the summer. Started doing it at the beach (I live in Florida) then very quick started using it in my car. It's the perfect size too, not too big, not too small. Highly recommended.

In love with this Mister. Love how refreshed my face feels after the fine mist lands on my skin. Hoping to have no issues flying with this because it would be perfect to use on long haul flights - it’s so dehydrating for the skin - this would hydrate wonderfully.
