Very disappointed in this cereal..it was so sweet I won’t be eating it again..I don’t use artificial sweeteners for a reason, they’re not good for your body..I should have read all the ingredients & looked them up.. Total waste of money, they should have stuck w Monk fruit alone as a sweetener..

For someone on a low carb diet it’s a fantastic option. Low carb cereals are not easy to find and the high protein is a healthy bonus. It has a good flavor and is very filling. While some find the texture off-putting, it’s fine as far as I’m concerned considering the benefits it provides.

It's like they bottled up the cozy feeling of a warm cinnamon roll and somehow made it healthy-ish! I buy this every week and love it. Perfect for my low sugar and carb diet. I put unsweetened coconut milk on it and sprinkle more cinnamon on top. I could eat this for every meal, it's so good! 😋

The fact that it is zero sugar makes it a great choice for my family with a history of diabetes. The cinnamon taste is great, but the aftertaste from the artificial sweetener is just too strong for us to get past. I’d love it if I could. It was crunchy and otherwise great, but I’d only recommend it unless you enjoy aftertaste.

This is a really delicious cereal. Kelloggs has really outdone itself here. Protein cereals tend to not soften in milk like normal cereal, this one does and the texture is great.
