Very disappointed in this cereal..it was so sweet I won’t be eating it again..I don’t use artificial sweeteners for a reason, they’re not good for your body..I should have read all the ingredients & looked them up.. Total waste of money, they should have stuck w Monk fruit alone as a sweetener..

For someone on a low carb diet it’s a fantastic option. Low carb cereals are not easy to find and the high protein is a healthy bonus. It has a good flavor and is very filling.
