I wear these insoles 12 hours a day!
I bought a pair of Italian made hiking boots that initially weren't as comfortable as they should be. I removed the insoles and found the only weak link in the boots. I knew of Spenco from a couple of buddies that used to race in the Spenco 500 bike race in the 80s. I bought the gel insoles and literally have the most comfortable boots I've ever owned!

Not enough gel.
I recently tried a pair of gel insoles. The heel and back portion of the insole are adequate. The front part of the insole does not have enough gel. It is very flat and does not provide full foot comfort. Expensive also.

bad surprises
These insoles have absolutely no arch, nothing, despite the description. I went back to the website and attempted to complete a return process. I packaged the insoles, sent them to the address shown on the package, at my expense, and the package was returned to me as "insufficient address". The address was written as shown on the return label.

They are lighter abs comfortable, but not for heavy use
