Lightweight "PolySorb" polyurethane foam heel cupping and contoured arch support. Features a "SpenCore" material heel-strike pad and forefoot cushion. Ideal for walking, running, training and sports. These insoles work best for those with a medium to high arch. A low friction top cloth helps prevent blisters. "Silpure" antimicrobial material reduces odors. For half sizes, order the next size down. Includes 1 pair of insoles. Sizing: Size 1 (US Women's 5-6). Size 2 (US Women's 7-8, US Men's 6-7). Size 3 (US Women's 9-10, US Men's 8-9). Spenco Insoles are a Winner!
Thank you for my insoles. Last week, while using my new insoles, I participated in the MD State Senior Olympics for Pickleball and won a gold medal, a silver medal, and two fourth-place ribbons for my age group, 85-89. Thank you for my "foot support".
