Best Solution

Good for my feet
These have been a favorite of mine for a number of years. I used them in all of my cycling shoes. My local dealer had not stocked my size for a year (I like to buy local) so, I went online and got my replacements.

Excellent flexible arch support for neutral arches
An excellent arch support that is flexible and somewhat compressible, best for neutral arches in my opinion. I have flat feet and over pronate and this was not enough support for me. I ended up changing to the Total Support Max (more rigid arch) and Ground Control High Arch (flexible but somehow works for me for non-all-day-shoes/excursions).

My fret are long, narrow & prone to toe bunions. The spensco arch supports are extremely helpful not only in the arch area, but also with toe alignment! Excellent product!

No hassle customer service and great arch supports
I ordered two pairs of arch supports, which came in one envelope. Unfortunately the envelope arrived torn and one of the products was missing- presumably having fallen out. I called the company and they sent me another with an apology and no hassle. I was impressed. Their customer service was excellent, as is their Spence arch supports. I am an orthopedic surgeon who uses their supports and I recommend them to my flat footed patients.

Been using Spenco Total Support Original Insoles in my tennis shoes for almost a year. Decided to try them when I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. They really help. I highly recommend them, especially if you have this condition.

I didn't believe these would work but, WOW! my feet are holding up. I am an usher at a stadium for a major league baseball team, so I do a lot of standing. While my feet are tired when I get home, they no longer ache! Thank you from my feet! (and me!)

Great for nurses.
Very good in my sneakers for work; I’m a nurse and have bone spurs. This makes walking more comfortable.
