When working out, I simply put these on & they provide thermal compression to the bicep area promoting an additional increase in heat and sweat during exercise. I am a big fan of the Sweet Sweat waist trainer so I was very excited to try out the arm trainers. They are effective but a little more prominent when wearing them out and about making them harder to cover up. I would probably just wear them during my workouts or around the house

These are a great product for those who want to receive the most from their workout. Plus, they smell really good! I am always skeptical of things like this, but I was very pleased when I used this product. It fit my arms quite well, comfortably, but still appropriately tight. They flexed with my body quite well, and didn't come undone at all. Overall, I am very pleased with the product. They also seem to be made of a pretty sturdy material as I have noticed no wear and tear on them.

This set of arm trimmers comes with 2 bands that are Velcro, a mesh bag for you to put your bands into for a wash and an instruction card. These bands will definitely make your arms sweaty during a workout and I alternate use for my workout. Between these and the waist trimmer that I use, it's extra gear I have to put on.

I decided to try these arm trainers as a way to help me get my arms in shape. It's made of very nice quality material and comes with a nice mesh bag. They are very easy to use and stay on during my workout. Highly recommend this product especially if you're looking to shape up your arms.

I was quite skeptical of these arm trimmers by Sports Research when I first put them on. I wasn’t sure if they would really help trim my arms. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and get my measurements taken monthly. In the first month I lost 3/4” on each arm. I wear these trimmers while working out and while in the sauna afterward. They do not punch or bind my arms in any way. The hook and loop closures are secure until I take them off. I am quite happy with my experience and will continue up to wear these Sports Research arm trimmers when I workout.

I was excited to try the arm trimmers because it is something I am very self-conscious about. They are comfortable and activate sweating effectively. I wish I would have taken measurements to compare results but I can tell my shirts do not fit as tightly around the arms. I would recommend them to a friend.

Have used these arm trimmers just little over a month and have to say these do work,just have to get used to wearing them. They do tend to loosen a bit when you sweat but otherwise they work great! Can’t wait for further results as I continue to wear them.

These arm bands by Sport Research are a great addition to my work out regime. I am 5'2 and weigh 170 lbs. I carry most of my weight in my middle section and arms. Time for me to tone these babies up! So far so good!
