The packaging is cute and the scent is a very fresh rose scent, which is beautiful but also I just prefer other scents. I think this product is sold at a good value.

The texture is silky and the exfoliating beads are fairly fine, resulting in a very gentle yet noticeable exfoliation that leaves my skin looking super soft and feeling healthy and smooth after the first use! Added bonus- it smells absolutely AMAZING! Will definitely be buying this again!

The rose floral scent is really strong so if you are not a floral person this may not be for you the scent last hours later on you skin. My skin felt so smooth for days after my initial use. I have sensitive skin and it didn’t break me out or give me a rash which was amazing.

I usually use chemical exfoliation but was interested in trying a scrub and I was happy with this one. I’d generally recommend it if you’re in the market, and I think it’s a good value.

There is a really nice glide along the skin when mixed with water. My skin felt very soft and hydrated immediately after using. The only con for me is the smell. There is entirely too much fragrance. I feel like fragrance in general is irritating over time and I just didn’t like the strong rose/floral smell. For that reason I won’t be continuing to use this myself, but I gave it away to a friend who doesn’t mind.

As far as using this to prevent breakout I think the fragrance would hinder that some as I could see that being more irritating. I personally wouldn’t purchase to prevent breakouts but more as something I would use after maybe a day at the pool to get off the sunscreen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this as a body scrub instead of on my face because my facial skin is sensitive. As a body scrub, it's much less abrasive than a sugar scrub. I felt it did a nice job exfoliating my skin and used it every other day. My favorite thing about this scrub is the scent. It's soft but noticeable and lingers on the skin for hours afterward. Since I can only use this as a body scrub, I likely won't purchase it again because the size of the tube doesn't stretch very far when using so much product at once.

I've been needing one, so this came in at the right time! Usually rose-scented products smell fruitier than floral, but this smells just like roses were crushed up and put into a liquid. It's a great smell, but not overwhelming. The exfoliating beads leave my skin feeling smooth and refreshed; I then follow it up with my facial cleanser and moisturizer. It definitely is great value for the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use the St. Ives apricot scrub religiously back in the day. Somewhere along the line, I just stopped using it for some reason. This St. Ives micro-exfoliant is made with 100% natural exfoliants and scented with rose water and aloe. The rose scent is slightly overpowering in my opinion, but would likely be valued by someone who appreciates the smell. That’s just not me. Outside of the natural exfoliants, the scrub has a very creamy and smooth texture that is so different than the apricot scrub used to be. It’s not gritty at all and is incredibly easy to apply and spread evenly. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product and would certainly consider purchasing it in a different scent.
