St. Tropez Self Tan Express Bronzing Mousse - 6.7 fl oz - Ulta Beauty

This tan is a dream! I’ve used so many self-tans over the years, but this one really stands out. It’s fast-developing, gives a beautiful natural bronze (none of that dreaded orange tint!), and the colour payoff is just stunning. I love that you can control the depth of your tan — 1 hour for a light glow, 2 hours for a medium tan, or 3 hours for that deep, just-back-from-holiday bronze. The mousse texture is lightweight, blends like a dream, and dries quickly with no sticky feeling. It fades evenly too, which is rare! The scent is mild (not that usual fake tan smell), and it doesn’t transfer onto sheets or clothes. My skin feels hydrated and smooth thanks to the added nourishing ingredients — I honestly get why it’s rated 96% positive! This one’s a must-have for glowing, confident skin all year round.

I do love this product because it does look good, comes off better, and fades nicely BUTTTTT loving tan gives you much more color, dries faster, and stays on longer for me! I always do this! I feel like this is a good product if youre a beginner because its easier to apply since it doesnt dry as fast so theres more time to perfect. If you're intermediate then i would definitely go with loving tan ulta dark, the dark is always orange on me im not sure why but the ultra dark looks more natural and stays on for over a week. Just have to keep hydrated inside and out!

My face is orange, around my mouth definitely has a shadow. Not recommended. I used this mitt, exfoliated everything day before.. I would highly recommend the original formula. Natural Glowing Bronzing Water Mousse, but definitely NOT the Advanced 1 hour Bronzing Mousse...

I am a frequent user of st tropez express tan and the most recent bottle I purchased is not great. The mousse is not foamy, it is watery. The tan itself does not develop. Such as shame as I used to love this product, not sure if the ingredients have changed.

I can’t get enough of this. I am extremely fair, but I find this colour looks very natural and doesn’t smell as much as other tanning products. I love how quickly this developes too

My mum was a beauty therapist, and this was always the brand she used. Handy to use, this is easy to apply and has excellent last. Great quality and not strong smelling, it leaves a streak free tan

I have been using sunless tanners since i was in highschool and im 38 years old now, so you could say i know my way around the sunless tanning scene. This one is the best of the best! Spreads on easily with a mitt ( i like the st tropez mitts best because theyre not as thick as the other ones … co co tan) Even though it says express ive always treated it as a regular tanning product and slept overnight with it. And no it doesnt make yoo darker and darker if you leave it on for more than 3 hours; and im pretty pale! It fades nicely— no embarasing patches. If you're strictly looking for something to get you tan in 3 hours this product isnt for you but if youre looking for a beautiful color, easily to apply sunless tanner then hands down get this!!!!

I love this product!

I'll scrub and everything before hand and then put some all over my body except for my hands and feet and face. I let it dry a little bit for like five minutes. and then I do a second layer I lotion my hands and feet and I use like a foundation brush in a quiet and leave it on for an hour and wash off my hands and feet and then I sleep through the night with it on my body it's still develops the next day too, so you'll get darker within two days of applying it but it's my absolute favorite. I've tried so many and this is my go to.

I used the 8 hour from St Tropez for years and when this came out i was nervous at first but have switched to this the last 3 years. Very golden and consistent in hue and coverage. Only thing is it has a light self tanner scent after you rinse off and it lingers for a about a day.

The St Tropez Self Tan Express Mousse is a new favourite for me, I get a beautiful, even tan in just a few hours. I love that I can control the depth of colour depending on how long I leave it on. It applies smoothly, dries quickly, and doesn’t have that typical self tan smell.

Bought this back in March when it was 1/2 price and just tried it a couple of days ago. I got thee best natural looking tan ever! Highly resembled when I would go to tanning salon, except without the risk of getting cancer! My skin color is light and I left it on for 1.5 hrs to test it out.

Great self tanning product. My go to when I want to tan at home. If you're looking for something that is going to develop darker this is a great product. Best application when using a good tanning mitt for a smooth even tan. Is a bit sticky when first applying and will take about 10-minutes post application before you can dress. Color will wash off after first shower, but it's not taking away your tan it's just the initial color to show where applied.

I love the st tropez tanning moose, you can see straight away we're you have applied the moose and you get a lovely even tan,make sure to use a tan mit and i always pip a rubber glove underneath and it can't stain your hands

I was excited to try the St. Tropez Self Tan Express Mousse, but unfortunately, it didn’t work well for me. The mousse tended to cling to dry patches on my skin, making the tan look uneven and patchy. I tried exfoliating beforehand, but it still didn’t blend smoothly. While the colour itself is nice and natural-looking, the application was frustrating. I expected better from such a popular brand. Wouldn’t repurchase.

I bought this a few years ago and never used it as I was finishing up some other products and I had bought it with its matching glove application. This provided SUCH a natural tan. It was extremely easy to get an even result. No streaks or splotches. I just wish it got a little darker.

i got perfect color in 2 hours of having this on but the next day im covered in a horrible rash :( this has never happened for me with bondi sands so i must be allergic to something else in it
