These pillows have no substance. They're lumpy and feel cheap out of the box. Not supportive for side sleepers, might work for stomach sleepers, but were much flatter and less substantial than anticipated, even with the gusset to assist with shape. Convinced the person who left the 5 star review clicked on the wrong item. Two pillows at this price is a decent value but I don't think they're worth the cost overall.

The cover is cool to touch- but I can't say the pillow is "cooling." It doesn't seem to get hot at night and I don't constantly wake up to flip it though. Soft, but doesn't loose its shape. Supportive. Best pillow I've found in ages
