Not for me
It keeps cool and that was noticeable. Terrible on my neck and back, to a point I have to ice it. I’m throwing away 1 year later. If you like harder pillows this is for you.

So pleased with 1st night use!
Received this yesterday and used it last night! Woke up this morning and realized I was in the same position as when I fell asleep.....6 1/2 hours of peaceful sleep, no tossing and turning, and also realized I had very little discomfort in my neck! I called Bedgear to find out some answers to questions I had.....1)..there is no removable cover, but hand spot wash is recommended 2)..I can put a pillowcase on pillow from my sheet set 3)..no need to register online as pillow has warranty on it, so if anything happens just call Bedgear! I highly highly recommend this pillow.....no tossing and turning and neck feels so much better!
