Thank you for your feedback! To take advantage of the Ver-Tex fabric we recommend regulating the ambient temperature of your room to 68-70 degrees. Product itself is probably fine, but it came stained, still sealed in the bag. Customer service refused to exchange it and instead offered to do the return but it cost me $20 ship it back.

I used to have the storm and loved it but this pillow I thought would be just as good if not better has disappointed. It is hot in two seconds and the insides slide all over the place like the covers doesn't fit right.
