The packaging is adorable and feels unique compared to regular chapsticks, and the watermelon scent is super refreshing without being overpowering. The texture is smooth and cushiony, leaving my lips soft and hydrated without any sticky feeling, which I really appreciate. I also like that it’s vegan and cruelty-free. The only downside is that the container is pretty small for the price, so I went through it quicker than I expected. Still, it’s such a cute, moisturizing balm that I don’t mind keeping it as a staple in my bag.

After a while after using it, it is extremely hard to get it out of the packaging to use all of the product. The watermelon is on point so if you like watermelon this product would definitely be for you.

Love the chunky packaging, all of the Star Balms have a lovely, creamy texture when applied and melt right into the skin. I have chronically dry lips- when they crack or split, usually lanolin is the only thing that will penetrate the dry skin. Most lip balms will sit on the surface but not Star Balm! :) It works whether I’ve been taking good care of my skin or not. The watermelon is so good, smells and tastes like watermelon flavored candy! These have become my go-to daily lip balm :)

The smell is nice (a refreshing watermelon scent) and the texture feels good on my lips, but it’s not too different from most other lip balms in that regard. This probably won’t be as effective as an overnight lip mask per se, but it serves its purpose well. There’s plenty of product to go through, and it’s perfect for carrying with you in a purse!
