Staub's latest innovation, the Chistera drop-structure lid, has solved the challenge of curved lids - they limit moisture to sides - by ensuring continuous condensation throughout. Absolute Quality

A Perfect Little Pot

Perfect little French Ovens
These are #4 and 5 in my Staub French Oven collection so far. This size with an induction hotplate is so versatile that I'm relying less on using a microwave for reheating leftover soups, etc. It's so great to have a single batch option for all of the lovely things I make in my larger Staub ovens. Love 'em and will bake a couple artisan sandwich rolls in them when I do my next bread bake.
