Smells like pee when I opened the box. Doesn’t appear to be a return, but reeks like urine pretty bad. Otherwise a great product, but concerned over sanitary issues if it was a return that was sold to me.

This toilet is great for toddlers, but the seat does come off easily. my toddler tends to take it off so it’s definitely a learning process. I still recommend for potty training as the flushing noise does catch their attention well.

Purchased 2x. They cut the size of this in half!!!! And it’s now HORRIBLE. doesn’t work for boys. I have the old one before they changed it and it’s much better. Stupid they cut the materials and kept the price the same. BAD company.

Super flimsy. The pieces don’t even click all the way into each other, and they come apart as soon as you do get them clicked in. I bought this same toilet for my son 10 years ago and LOVED it. Ingenuity has decreased quality for the same price. Will be returning.

I liked the design of the aesthetics. However, the plastic is very flimsy and would come apart and tip over sometimes. I don’t like that it’s made up of several different pieces that can easily come apart not sturdy at all.

It says up to 50 pounds but this thing is waaay too small for that. It’s itty bitty and way smaller than other training toilets I’ve purchased in the past. Maybe it will work for a small toddler under 2. But if you have a big toddler I would avoid this.

I bought this seat with my first child back in 2022. It was well made, snapped together and used thick plastic. The one I bought this year for my second child was a huge disappointment. It’s very thin and flimsy plastic and much smaller than the original one we had. It hardly snaps together. You can look at this thing the wrong way and it’ll fall apart. We’ll definitely be looking for better options.

We bought a different training toilet before this one and had tons of issues with our son using it. This toilet is great as it has a little guard that helps block anything from streaming over the edge! Haven't tried to use it on the regular toilet yet though so i cant speak for how that works but the training toilet seat fits nicely on the full size toilet

I have a toddler boy in the 87th percentile, so he is a little big... But there's no reason for this as potty training comes in all ages and sizes .. this toilet is ridiculously small my boy can not even sit to pee as it would shoot right out as the guard is way to short... Just not for boys in my opinion this the 3rd training toilet with the same problem... Pass if you have a boy... I don't know what to use at this point .. maybe the little cheapy 14 dollar one works better

This is a great size for starters, I love that the flush sound is real and the little cubby hole in the back. However, it is of no use if my toddler will not get on it. The hump in the front of the toilet prevents her from easily getting on the toilet and then off again. She will sometimes sit on it sideways, but this has set us back in potty training unfortunately.

I purchased the Summer training toilet a while ago, knowing I’d eventually need it for potty training my son. I kept it sealed in the box until we were ready to use it. Assembly was easy, and my son absolutely loves it—especially the flushing feature, which makes him feel just like the grown-ups. However, I’m giving this training toilet only two stars because it leaks onto the floor every single time he uses it. I’ve tried everything to prevent this—cleaning it thoroughly after each use, ensuring all parts are reassembled correctly, and making sure my son sits properly—but nothing has worked. The leakage issue is so persistent that I’ve resorted to placing a pee pad underneath. Unfortunately, this defeats the purpose of having a training toilet in the first place. At this point, I’m looking into purchasing a different model. While I love the concept and how much my son enjoys it, the leaking is a dealbreaker.

Loved the flushing sound feature, and I like how it looks like a real toilet, but the splash guard isn’t high enough and my son is constantly peeing outside of the toilet. Not a great potty training toilet for a boy.

I wanted to like this so much! We bought one for each bathroom in our home and they are just not good quality. When my son uses it, it seems to get urine everywhere no matter how much we “aim” downward. It requires so much more cleaning than just using a regular potty because of the leaking everywhere!
