A: Hello Jessie! Our oil-free, water-resistant and reef friendly SPF Lotion is great for all skin types and wont leave a white cast but, remember to apply every 2 hours for maximum sun protection! - hope that helps!

Q: I bought this in store alone with the 15 spf tanning oil, online they both say "UVA/UVB Protection" but they don't say that on the ones in store... does it still include that protection anyways?

So I'd rather use SPF 4 or 8, or even 15 early in the year, but my wife makes me get at least spf 30. I like Sun Bum the best, even if spf 30 is enough for me to face a nuclear disaster head on and keeps me from getting that great tan I love to have in the summer.

I am fishing in the Keys and need a sunscreen that works when you are out on the water all day. In the past I’ve used Banana Boat and still got burned. Sun Bum definitely blocked all the burning and I still got some gentle tanning. The lotion goes on easily and does not feel greasy. I use their tinted facial sun block too. Amazing.

My son is allergic to this product. Didn’t find out until his face and eyes turned red. He looks puffy and as red as a lobster. Caused his eyes and nose to run and left a blustery chemical burn on his cheeks!!

I was looking for a good sunscreen for my Hawaii trip. After doing research this was a reef friendly recommendation. This lotion is thick and takes time to rub in, but does so nicely. As bi racial woman I prefer sun screens that don’t create a white cast over my skin and this was great! I even felt great putting a small amount on my face and it did not clog my pores. The only downside is you will be extremely shiny which is to be expected with sunscreen but it’s thick.

I must be sensitive because as soon as I put this on my face, and it made contact with my eyes.. oh my god. I had to hop in the shower and rinse my eyes out. They started to burn so so bad. Be careful if you have sensitive eyes.

It doesn’t work on me but work on my mom. My mom has hyperpigmentation and help skin not get more. Her skin look paler and lighter. No tan. The chemical sunscreen on me doesn’t work. I get easy tan face than neck and chest. I used it and I still got a tan face. I think a physical sunscreen work best not get tan face. I had pale face before and match my neck and chest. But this one y’all, it has NO greasy feel at all! (I use the SPF 30 one.) Make sure you rub it in all the way. If after letting it set, i rub my arm, it feels like skin and not like there’s anything on it, which is hard to believe because I’ve never tried a sunscreen that doesn’t even look or feel like you have sunscreen on. I had to leave this review so everyone knows if you’re looking for a sunscreen that is ACTUALLY non-greasy.

Pluses- lightweight, not too greasy. I've used both 30 and 70. Prefer 30 for daily use and 70 for watersports. The 70 is greasier. Minimal white cast . I use this on body only and avoid face . Negatives-- lease grease and white stains on everything you touch.

This sunscreen made my boys’ skin breakout into these little itchy red bumps all over their arms, chest, face and neck. It stayed that way for a few days. When I used it the first few times I was fine, but this week I used it on my shoulders, arms, neck - and I broke out as well! Definitely would NOT recommend.

Love this Sunscreen for my whole family. It does not leave a greasy feeling and great for sensitive skin. It is reef safe which makes it a 5 star product all around. At the end of the day I don’t feel like I need to wash off a greasy feeling. Even able to use it on the face without it running into my eyes and burning. My son is able to touch his eyes without them turning red and getting irritated. I will only be buying this sun screen from now on.
