I have been buying NOW Foods raw sunflower seeds for years and will continue. MY family adds some to our twice daily salads as well as eat them as a snack, not only for the health benefits but because they taste great.

I put 1/2 cup of raw sunflower seeds in my daily quart of green drink from scratch. When I ran out... I noticed I didnt feel as healthy.

I make a homemade Gluten Free granola and this is one of the ingredients. It along with almonds make it tasty and healthy.

Good enough to eat. Love to sprinkle them on my fruit bowls. Seeds in general are good, and these are great. Nothing but seeds in the bags, no chafe to speak of. NOW Foods is a great company that cares about people, and Swansons sells it making in affordable.

For the price, these are wonderful. My grocery stopped carrying them so these are a lifesaver. Have on occasion found shells in them, or would have been five stars all the way.

I add these to salads, homemade granola, and other recipes.

I enjoyed these raw unsalted sunflower seeds distributed by NOW FOODS, they are very fresh and taste great. I enjoyed the freshness as oppose to the processed and salted ones that you purchase from supermarkets. I felt energized after eating a handful and very full. They make an excellent snack that keeps me from indulging in candy like I normally do for a quick temporary energy boost . I recommend this healthy alternative and hope you have the same results. I will order these sunflower seeds again the price is very affordable and the 16oz bag you receive will last you along time if you follow the recommended serving 1/4 cup daily. These seeds are high in calories 200 and 160 of the calories are from fat. But they are healthy calories and fat from the hulled unsalted sunflower seeds that provide a good source of fiber and vitamin E that you body can use and supplies 7 grams of protein, good vegetarian product that needs refrigeration after opening.
