Good flavor, great hydration
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been walking in the heat almost daily and this hydration mix made such a positive difference! I was getting frequent headaches when only hydrating with water, and these fixed that issue almost immediately. I do like the orange flavor, but am not the biggest fan of the strong Stevia taste. But it dissolves quickly and helps me feel hydrated fast!

Amazing product, fresh taste, a new fav!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Simply Hydrate Orange Electrolyte Hydration mix is my new favorite drink - both in the morning to counter nighttime dehydration and after activity. The taste is much fresher than traditional bottled drinks, and I love being able to customize the intensity of the flavor by adding more or less water. This product is great because the packets are easily transportable, and I can make this drink when I want it in my go-to water bottle. After seeing me drink this over a few days, my husband and son both tried the product and are also now fans! I highly recommend this to replenish when dehydrated, or just to add some good flavor to your water intake.

Good hydration
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am torn on how to review this product. I love the ingredients and it helped well for hydration. It was easy to mix and has cleaner ingredients than some other mixes on the market. The major downside was the taste. It has a weird taste, I had to use a straw to consume so I did not taste the product. I am typically not typically a fan of hydration mixes. My husband who drinks them frequently said it was “fine”.

Super tasty electrolyte beverage!

I love being able to hydrate with flavored beverages that are vitamin-rich and full of electrolytes. The orange taste is subtle; not too sweet or sour, and the powder dissolved nicely into the water. The taste was not chalky, and adding ice cubes definitely helped mix up the last bits of powder. I felt pretty good after consumption, and am excited to try other flavors.

Not my favorite but not terrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this drink mix after a night out to help boost my hydration and electrolytes before a hike. It definitely helped me feel more hydrated and able to take on my hike and feel ready to go. However I was unimpressed with both the flavor and taste. To me the taste was bitter and left a bit of an aftertaste. It tasted very “vitaminy”. I may try to dilute more by using half a pack and see if that makes it less bitter. Would also consider trying other flavors but orange wasn’t doing it for me.

At first when added it water it starts as a clear/white color and with mixing turns orange which is fun to watch. I like knowing the ingredients and I feel good while and after drinking. The orange flavor adds a citrus punch at first, but overall is an enjoyable flavor.

Just okay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out this hydration supplement to compare it to others on the market that I have tried for running and just for hot summer days. I would say this supplement was just ok - the orange flavor was not my favorite, and I did not like how slowly the powder dissolved in the water, as it made it taste grainy when I went to drink it. That being said, I did feel healthy and hydrated after and I like the fact that there are added vitamins in this supplement which isn't true for some of its competitors I've tried.

Not bad, not great. A Fine option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As mentioned in the title, this drink mix was not bad, but not great. The instructions say to mix with 16 oz of water. When you do, it dissolves quickly and has a fine taste. I do appreciate that the drink did not have any chalky, or gritty texture. It tastes better when it is prepared with very cold water. The issue for me is that the sachet is quiet large. I like to drink mix sachets like this on the go. When mixed in a regular size water bottle, the taste almost knocked me over! It was WAY too intense and almost sour. I made it this way the first time without reading the instructions. Like I said, if you mix according to the instructions, it does taste good! But I would not purchase again as I would prefer to use it on the go, and if I did that, I would have to throw away half of the sachet every time since the flavor is too intense in a small water bottle. I suppose if you use it in a larger reusable bottle or would be perfect! I do think the taste is decent and it does was it says. It definitely hydrates you and supplies you with much needed electrolytes!

Taste is alright
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Added these to ice water with their easy to open packets. They taste very similar to an orange flavored zinc melting tablet. Or, as my wife said, a chewable vitamin. But without the long lasting aftertaste. If you can’t do sugar for health reasons, or simply cutting back on sugar, these would be good for you if you don’t mind that flavor. However, I wouldn’t drink these after a hard workout because sugar is necessary in hydration mix to make the mix work faster. I also absolutely could not drink these without a ton of ice because it’s just too medicin-y tasting. Not horrible, just not my fav. There were some granules left at the bottom of my glass if I didn’t keep stirring or shaking. But just a bit. The packets are small so super easy to carry anywhere.

Definitely helps revive energy and feels like a healthier electrolyte alternative. Gave it 4 stars versus 5 because if you do the recommended 16oz I feel like the beverage is still a bit chalky. I usually mix it with 24 oz and add ice - much better cold versus room temperature! Would love to try other flavors!

A boost of energy I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a mama on the go, convenience is a priority. This electrolyte powder was very easy to use, as I just kept multiple in my hand bag at a time and would grab and go as I needed. The orange flavor I will say is a bit harsh (I believe probably the monk fruit that is in it). It was not terrible but it is very strong and citrusy. I found myself adding a little more water than suggested and adding a half cup of ice and that made it so refreshing and less sweet. I also blended it on a couple of occasions like hot days when I was working in the yard and it was tasty and perfectly filled my body with the vitamins and hydration that I needed. I find myself getting pretty sluggish in the late afternoon, but once having the electrolyte hydration mix I had good energy without feeling jittery and shaky and it did not keep me up and I slept fantastic! If you like non chunky, easy, accessible, and something that doesn’t make your stomach feel gross and achy once consumed, this is the drink for you!

Pros: -Single serving packets for easy on the go -Not too sweet (some others I've had are way to sweet tasting for me) The only con I can think of is that the orange wasn't my favorite flavor, but I think that is more of a preference thing. Electrolyte beverage with added vitamins/minerals
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: 1. The beverage has an appealing orange color for its orange flavor. The flavor is good, very sweet orange with some saltiness (as you'd expect with an electrolyte drink). 2. The powder was pre-measured into stick packs that were to be mixed into 16 ounces of water, which is roughly a standard bottle of water so no need to measure. The powder mixed up quickly and easily in the water, with no powder chunks left in the beverage after a little mixing. Cons: 1. The beverage uses steviol glycosides and monk fruit extract as sweeteners so it does have an intensely sweet flavor. 2. The beverage is described on the packaging as an 'electrolyte hydration mix', but it does contain a number of vitamins and minerals in addition to the electrolytes contained in a standard electrolyte beverage. I think the company could better describe this on the packaging - perhaps electrolyte vitamin beverage?

But the orange flavor is not for me. My husband said it reminded him of an orange drink mix from his childhood and enjoyed it. I personally found it vaguely reminiscent of the gestational diabetes test drink. I would be interested in trying out some other flavors to find one I prefer.

Simply Hydrate electrolyte review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swanson electrolyte powder comes in individually wrapped single servings. When first added to the water, the drink is a cloudy white color. After mixing, the drink becomes a dark orange. It mixes up well with no grainy texture. The drink is very delicious and reminds me of an orange sports drink (but a little more concentrated). I have been enjoying drinking it more watered down in my 40 ounce water bottle. I like that it offers 3 times the electrolytes of other hydration mixes. It also has no sugar, which is something that I look for in a hydration powder. I think it helped me feel more hydrated and energized on days when I drank it. My only criticism is the concerning Prop65 warning on the back label. Upon researching why it would be labeled as harmful, it seems to be due to the amount of particular vitamins it contains. Unless I knew more about that warning, I would be hesitant to purchase this product for fear of it being harmful to me or my family.

Happy and Hydrated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stopped drinking soda about a year ago and replaced it with electrolyte drinks so I’ve tried most of them at this point. I’m a breastfeeding mom so it’s super important to me to stay hydrated and I’ve found that when I have at least one Simply Hydrate drinks a day, I’m much more hydrated. The powder mixes into water very easily, I just stir it around with a straw, and I love that these don’t have any added sugar because I’m trying to keep my sugar intake down!

Tasty hydration
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been drinking simply hydration after my 3 mile run every morning. I feel more hydrated then when I was just drinking water. I’m not sure if the boost of energy I get is from the B12 or just being well hydrated but I like it. I tried the orange flavor, it does have a slight after taste but that goes away fast. It does seem to take a little longer to dissolve then other brands but not enough to make a big difference. I’m going to try a few other flavors after this box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electrolyte hydration mix is loaded with vitamins and minerals. The powder dissolves well in both warm or cold water. Because orange is not my favorite flavor, I prefer to dilute it with extra water and lots of ice. This drink is easy to sip, makes me feel refreshed and energized. It may be a placebo effect, but I truly felt more awake after drinking it. I actually prefer minimal calories versus the nonnutritive stevia which I find to be ultra sweet. This is easily fixed by diluting to make more tolerable. My favorite feature is the individual packaging which makes it perfect to take on-the-go. It is easy to tear off and add to a water bottle, no need to mess with scissors or scoops. Overall, a convenient and tasty solution for hydration and electrolyte replacement.

A very sweet water additive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited about trying this drink mix. I love drinking water, but sometimes I would like a little something more in it. The mix was easy to use, just add to a bottle of water and shake, then it dissolves fairly quickly. I tried it and thought it was awful. I thought maybe I didn't dissolve it as much as was needed, so I shook it up some more, but it did not help the taste. It seemed super concentrated and was very sweet. I couldn't even finish the bottle. I did try it again with similar results. I even had my husband try it and he also didn't like it.
