A: Yes, you must use the 25.3oz as it's the only bottle size we make for this device. How long it lasts will vary by how often you use it and how much you use, but it has a shelf life of 15 months.

To all the community, once you try this, you will never go back to the traditional way of mopping your floors. Water and a bucket is a thing from the past. I love this product. The fact that cleans my floors great and after, you can discard the dirty pad. There are other products that I tried, such as the ones that have an attach pad and after, you can wash it. Who wants to do more work. I rather use the Power mop and discard the pad. Excellent product. I will recommend this to all of you.

OKI never write reviews, but I have to on this one. This smells so amazing and the smell lasts 4 hours like it claims. I seriously wish I could get this in an air freshener and a perfume. It smells so amazing.
Replacement cleaner bottle will not fit in device.

Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. Check the silicone cap. If the cap is bulging, follow these troubleshooting steps: * Attempt to unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. * After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. * If there is no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. * If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw it back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device. If this procedure doesn't work, please call us at (800) 742-9220 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
