A: Pls elaborate. Use on SEALED tile flooring only. There is no such thing. Only grout is sealed. Do you mean not for use on porous tile flooring?

Q: My swifter mop handle broke at the base where it connects to the piece at the bottom which attaches to the pad. Can it be fixed or is it some I should just throw away? Sad because these mops are expensive

A: The Swiffer PowerMop can be used on virtually any finished, sealed surface. That being said, we do not have info on decking made of resin. We suggest contacting the decking manufacturer for their insight. If you choose to give the PowerMop a try on your deck, we suggest first testing it on an inconspicuous area.

Love the smell of the cleaning solution, but unless you sweep or vacuum the floors before you Swiffer, the disposable pads that come with it just push the dirt/pet hair/crumbs around and don’t actually pick it up. Buy some reusable microfiber pads from Amazon to put on the Swiffer, they work 100x better.

We're sorry to hear this, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure you get the best. If the PowerMop has never dispensed, it may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzle; you may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. We also recommend to try fresh batteries as well as making sure the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks. Make sure not to remove anything from the pad, and attach the printed side onto the bottom of mop head using firm pressure. The white and purple strips should be facing the floor. Purchased this product in Jan of this year...unfortunately even with replacing the batteries and gently cleaning the nozzles it has stopped working. When I originally purchased this product, I had to return it as the motor stopped working and this was my first use with it. Unfortunately I do not have the receipt and the upc as it was purchased in January 2025. I am disappointed in the product.

Not worth the money!! I used it first time and there is to much soap or something in the sooner they give you. It left streaks all over my floors. So I bought a second bottle just to see if it was better and now it won't stay in so that it sprays. I'll finish what I have and then throw them off away. Total waste of my money.

For the streaks, we recommend making sure that no other cleaning products have been used on your floors recently. If the silicone cap on the bottle is bulging, we suggest taking these steps: -attempt to unscrew/rotate the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. -After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. -If no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. -If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. 'Power mop' is misleading. I bought it because I have shoulder injuries and thought it would glide more easily but it doesn't. It's heavy and harder to clean floors than anything I've ever used.

As every other Swiffer mop I have purchased, this one quit working after using only one bottle of cleaner. When you press the power button...Nothing. Checked batteries and replaced with fresh. Checked nozzles but they are clean. I thought maybe this PowerMop would perform better than other Swiffer wet mops that I've had to throw away. As a seriously low fixed-income, disabled senior, this was a splurge purchase. Now, again, all I have is trash dump material. So disappointed. Can't file warranty because I don't have original UPC or receipt.

What a disappointment! I was so excited to try the new PowerMop and it worked great the first time I used it. The second time I used it, the sprayer quit working. When I hold the mop up (upside down) the solution leaks out and drips down the handle. I have wasted more of the solution than I've used.

I wanted to be the type of person that uses a fancy mop-bucket system, but with two dogs and a toddler I need something that I can use often and with ease. I ended up using my regular Swiffer with mopping pads most, but I went through a few pads to get my whole house done. I love that I can spray as I go and the heavy duty pads clean my entire house in one use.

There's nothing more important to us than ensuring our PowerMops reach you in perfect condition, so having the handle detach isn't something we expect once, let alone twice.
