Swiffer Power Mop Multi-Surface Mop Kit for Floor Cleaning

I've already thrown away 2 of these due to malfunctioning. If you use another brand of floor cleaner, it will shut down (even pouring it into their bottle),and the mop heads are very pricey.

Smell made me sick and it maybe just my immune system 🤧 just be aware

I thought this would be great purchase but I wasted my hard earned money. The handle/stick does NOT stay connected, so while mopping it separates and causes aggravation!

I was initially impressed with this power mop—so much so that I bought three of them. At first, it seemed like a great tool: easy to use and efficient. But over time, the flaws became hard to ignore. As others have mentioned, the “power” feature is pretty misleading. It doesn’t assist with scrubbing or mopping—it simply powers the sprayer, which feels unnecessary. A manual spray trigger would have worked just as well, if not better, without the need for batteries. The biggest issue, however, is the proprietary cleaning fluid. You must use their branded solution, and the bottle is designed so you can’t refill it with your own. That might be tolerable if the cleaner were always available, but it’s often out of stock in stores. I’ve had to resort to ordering it online, which adds time, hassle, and cost. Overall, what started as a great product turned out to be more trouble than it's worth. I regret buying multiples before discovering these limitations.

Stick with the original. This cleaning pad is useless.

I've had this 6 weeks and today it doesn't spray anymore. I've changed the batteries 3 times and it still does spray. The battery holder is very cheaply made and I'm guessing it's not making contact. I needed this after I had my hip replaced and now it's quit. Very aggravating.

Easy to assemble. Versatile head and absorbs so much dirt. Can be used in more than one room on a single pad

Love the smell of the cleaning solution, but unless you sweep or vacuum the floors before you Swiffer, the disposable pads that come with it just push the dirt/pet hair/crumbs around and don’t actually pick it up. Buy some reusable microfiber pads from Amazon to put on the Swiffer, they work 100x better.

I wanted to be the type of person that uses a fancy mop-bucket system, but with two dogs and a toddler I need something that I can use often and with ease. I ended up using my regular Swiffer with mopping pads most, but I went through a few pads to get my whole house done. I love that I can spray as I go and the heavy duty pads clean my entire house in one use.

This is simple to assemble and use. It cleans well.

Needed a swiffer large areas, this was much more efficient. Smells great, too!

Easy to use. It surprisingly gets very bubbly. Cleans without the harsh shell of bleach.

I love that the mop is so easy to use and put away when you’re done! Very convenient to place and replace the cleaning pad!!!

Cleans very well. The only thing g missi g is a light.

These work well for 6-12 months however, there is an engineering design flaw that lets the cleaning fluid leak into the sprayer motor and electronic components which kill the mop. I had this happen twice. Now I use a Clorox manual spray mop with washable heads 👍🏼

From the start, it's frustrating. The pad doesn't stick on to the mop. It looks like you should tear the strips off, but that breaks it. The solution doesn't clean dirt off the floor, that's the main problem! And it brings only 2 pads which aren't enough even for 1 time mopping whole house, unless you want to clean part of your floor with a dirty pad. I'm throwing this mop away, not worth the aggravation.
