About the Author



Born and raised near Glacier National Park, Mr. Yenne worked for the National Park Service in Glacier for nearly thirty years, most of that time under the title of supervisor of trails. Mr. Yenne's love and thorough knowledge of the park enriched the experiences of thousands of its visitors. Even after his retirement. Mr. Yenne returned to Glacier National Park almost every summer for the next twenty years to contribute to the community.
