I've been using the sliders for a few weeks and I'm happy with the quality and size of them. They glide smoothly over the tightly woven carpet in my home gym. They foam cushion side has a good thickness to it, it's very comfortable. I feel these will laste a long time, they're really nice.

20 dollars for an amazing workout. Whole body workout. There’s a small adjustment period getting used to the sliding action but once you get the hang of it it’s awesome. I’m really into body weight exercise and believe me sliders give you one. Lots of videos on you tube also. Buy these!

My Core Sliders have been excellent for helping me regain strength and stability from a calf strain by building back my whole lower torso muscles which has prevented me from further calf injuries. A Physical Therapists shared these core slider exercises with me through therapy all summer. This is a great product for strength and stability from the core/torso to the feet!

Finally something that keeps the interest level up! I saw these written up in a magazine and picked them. Delivery got screwed up in the mail and customer service was absolutely wonderful. I could tell how out of shape I am after the first few days--the core was sore...Trying various things now to keep that intensity up. Great product--never would have thought something so simple would be so great. :)

Wowzers...was looking for a core drill that added fun to the FUNdamentals of Training young athletes. The Sliders certainly satisfied the need as 16 of 16 kids went bonkers using them. Numerous drills available on line. I was truly impressed with ordering process, shipping & quality of material. Now time to ordering several more sets.
