I've used and liked T-Fal for other cookware before so based on the brand and mostly favorable reviews, I decided on this purchase. I really like this griddle a lot. Lot's of cooking space and the edge keeps messes at bay. Clean up is easy. Thanks to the reviewer who suggested measuring first! The entire pan, including handles, perfectly fits across my 5th center, oval burner (gas stove). I don't utilize that 5th burner much but now I sure will. I can smell those Christmas morning pancakes now ...
