A: Yes it does. Whoever said no didn’t read the ingredients.
submitted byHello - 4 years agoA: If you look under the drug facts tab to the right of details, it says, "Active ingredients All Natural Witch Hazel (100%) (Containing Alcohol [14%]). " So yes, it contains alcohol.

Q: What is the difference between 100% Witch Hazel and Witch Hazel toner, besides the toner costs $1 more?

A: a toner. it has alcohol in it so it will pull oil from the face.
