Description

These authentic rice noodles are essential to Thai cooking. Prepare them with chicken, beef, seafood or vegetables. For extra flavor combine with your favorite Thai sauce. Enjoy! In Soups and Stews, use leftover noodles in your favorite soups and stews. Just add prior to serving. Warm through. Enjoy!Directions:Stir-Fry or Saute9:1. Pour noodles into a bowl. 2. Cover with very hot tap water. Stir to separate. Soak noodles for 25-30 minutes. Do not over soak. 3. Drain noodles and cut into 5-6" pieces. 4. Stir-fry noodles with your favorite ingredients until firm yet tender (al dente) and heated through, about 4-6 minutes. Enjoy! As Pasta:1. Add noodles to 4 quarts salted boiling water. Stir to separate, boil until tender yet still firm (al dente), about 4-6 minutes. 2. Immediately drain cooked noodles. Quickly rinse under cold water and drain again. 3. Add your favorite sauce. Serve immediately.

  • A: These are VERY VERY THIN RICE NOODLES. They are in the package in 2 bundles. Each bundle has them rolled. I cut 1 bundle into 3 bundles so we do not have to cut noodles once they are ready to eat. I made the most delicious HOMEMADE CHICKEN NOODLE soup using these !! These are perfect for anyone who does not like "regular noodles" like me. Also...these are GLUTEN FREE...no wheat in these !! You really do not have to cook these either !! I take my hot chicken broth & literally break up the noodles & put in the pot when stove is shut off. Let them sit a few minutes...then they are done !! They are great with just butter too if you like buttered noodles. They suck up the flavor of whatever you put them !! Love these !! 2nd order of these in 2 weeks !!

YUCKY MUSH

I have been buying these noodles for a few years now and they were great for making ramen with, but the last few I have gotten are bad now! They literally disintegrate and turn to mush, but they didn't used to do that. These things are expensive, too! The last couple of times I tried them they had been purchased many weeks apart, so it wasn't just one particular batch, something has changed. Major bummer! :o(

Fast and easy gluten/free noodles.

I like that these noodles can be soaked in hot water for 15 minutes, then drained and added to a sauce or whatever is being prepared instead of having to boil them.

PERFECT NOODLES for Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup !!

My mom made fat noodles when we were growing up. I hated them !! To this day~~only buy ANGEL HAIR SPAGETTI NOODLES & THESE RICE NOODLES !! Even though it is summer~~had a yearning for Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup. My soup consists of chopped chicken breasts, chicken broth, some carrots, celery, garlic, and for me: Lots of onions. Cook all the vegs togeter in broth. When vegs are done...add these noodles. 1st I chop one of the "bundles" of noodles into 3 pieces. Put in hot broth that has burner shut off. Wait a few minutes...then these are done !! Add a little butter for that rich flavor & the cubed fresh chicken. DELIOUS !!! We had plenty...so after a couple days...froze the rest. EASY !!! Only complaint is price. I would like to see these cheaper than the $3. But will pay the price for the great product that it is !
