A: Fewer calories, carbs, and sugar. I like to use 1/4 cup Original, 1/4 cup Skinny, 1/2 cup milk. The Skinny alone doesn't have enough flavor for me.

A: Yes. Original is 24G added sugar, this is 13G. (Wish it was 0!! I was shocked when I realized how much sugar this ‘skinny’ one has.)

A: I use 50-60% concentrate and the rest with lactose free milk. Delicious! Drink it cold.

I am surprised, however, that the price has gone up so much. It used to be less than four dollars now it’s about six dollars at Publix. I drink it every morning so it does get expensive!
