    Electric stove fix

    My electric coils have always been temperamental but this pan seems to even them out. Same temperature edge to edge no matter what the burner is doing.

    Would purchase again

    Perfect size for stir frying, scratch resistant, and cleanup is easy. Food cooks evenly with hardly any oil, and I would buy it again.

    Braise made easy

    Brown the meat, add your liquid, lid on and walk away. Braises come out tender and I've never had a sauce catch on the bottom.

    Best cooking tool I own

    Everything gets cooked in this. Frozen meals in a bag, rice, chicken, pork, it handles all of them. The size is great and it feels durable. I usually put mine in the dishwasher and nothing bad has happened yet, though hand washing would prolong its life. After a month there is not a scratch on it.

    I love everything about this pan

    Could not wait to use my new pan and I was delighted by how well it releases. I also like that it does not have a long handle, which always gets in my way with skillets. The handles stay cool, which is a nice touch.

    Sear then simmer

    Sear the chicken, flip it, pour in broth, drop to a simmer. All in one pan, no swapping pots halfway through, which saves me a sink full of dishes.
