Never received etb's
When the order arrived it only had a baby matt that looked like it was part of a set not even the complete thing. No pokemon cards whatsoever. Reached out to target and they stated that they can’t give me a refund because it was a “successful shipment”. How is it successful if I never received what I paid for? I’m sure an employee stole the etb’s and just placed the matt for weight. Now I’m out $130, be careful when buying from target everyone.
