Pads are good purchase
Pads are great. They absorb a lot of extra urine. I only purchased the pads because I purchased the diapers. Since the small med diapers are too large and not secure around the legs, I have no need to purchase just the pads.

Extra protection
I purchased this product because I was needing some extra protection during the day. I was using the Tena max pads and was experiencing leaks after heavier than normal settings. This product is bulkier than I'm use to but it is better than wearing a full brief.

The Best Choice For Us, No One Offers Better
We have an adult son with developmental disabilities, and we use these in afternoons only. We tried about every possibility, and wanted to avoid "pull-ups" and this allows us to put him in regular underwear. We are so happy to have found them. They are SO super absorbent, and I imagine much more comfortable than pull-ups, especially in the summer heat.
