I have read many of the reviews posted and was encouraged to try the Sensitive Overnight Pads. They are amazing. They are the best I have ever worn and used while Crossdressing. They do all that the positive comments mention. I tried them two at a time with the wide portion in the front of my panties. They work so well for both dribbles and gushes. Try them. You will not be disappointed. I wish I had been introduced to these pads much sooner. Thank you, Tena.

I wear the xl over night ones. When I stand up the from the bed urine goes down my legs. I have changed it around to blue in the front. I noticed that the padding doesn't go to edge Am I buying them too large.

These pads continue to bring me pleasure while wearing them. They are soft enough, wide enough, smooth enough and they stay in place in my panties. I've used Tena Sensitive Overnight pads for about 4 years. I had tried every brand, none of them were very absorbent. Tena was the very best. The last 6 months Tena Overnight haven't been the same. The pad is much thinner and not as absorbent, certainly not for overnight. It's really very disappointing! I hope enough customers will leave comments and Tena listens. I really want to continue being a loyal customer!

Too bulky, and that thin adhesive strip was useless and stuck to my underwear, ripped the pad and cotton everywhere. Worst pad I ever used,

i have been using TENA PADS x 3 years, and i am a loyal customer ever since. They are soft,comfortable and definitly a product that i can trust. Tena is the best as it meets my needs. My flow is heavy and the pads are extremely absorbant. I am a demanding customer and emphasise that TENA provides peace of mind.

There products are horrible. They have changed there products and the quality is crap. Used for years and there stuff stinks. The inside material must of changed because when you urinate in them yhe material balls up and never did this before. Pure crap!!!

i use this product on a daily basis and a nightly basis. Dryness is my goal and Tena is the only brand that provides me with that comfort, Add the Tena overnight underwear i am confident and at peace..

I'd been using Depends for my medical condition. I was changing at least 6 times a day. With Tena , because they are designed wider and hold the water much much better than Depends. I was having to not only changing my pad and clothed; this definitely not true with Tena. I am very please with the coverage and the leakage, no leakage and no soiled clothing. Wish, I would have tried Tena a long time ago🥰

My newly acquired 15 y/o male cat is incontinent of urine. I keep him on a cloth diaper and use these pads. The gel in the pads keep the pad dry against his skin, preventing skin breakdown. I cut the pads in half, so it is cost effective. Much better than using menstral pads.

They are too bulky the scrunch up and cause leakage the pad stuck to my underwear and ripped and cotton everywhere tried to adjust it and it tore apart worst time ever in a pad cost too much for no reason at all unsatisfied customer sorry

I have tried them all. This unscented and gentle pad is by far, the best. I hope Tena never stops making them!

Products stand up to the task. No embarrassing moments. I've not found anything better. I've been using Tena night products for 13 years.

I had my prostate removed in 2021. My bladder is now leaking more and more. I have tried multiple products without being satisfied with their performance. I was cost conscious. I found by subscribing directly fromTena their cost was within pennies per pad. Of the inferior products. They are more comfortable and more absorbent than other brands. The size and design of The Guards are superior in preventing leaking out the outside of the pad. Which has been a major problem with other brands.

I have been incontinent following prostate surgery. I have tried every product on the market and absolutely nothing compares to men's tena. Depends is nothing more than a women's version that they slapped the name men's on, they do not cover enough and therefore leaks. Tena is large enough for men as you walk and shift it covers and does not leak.

I have used only Tena however have been looking to fund a longer pad. I have to use 2 to get adequate coverage.

These are the best I have found. Tena is my go to products. Cannot be without tem.

Finding these pads has been a pleasure for me. Being a CD, I wear pads often as part of my dressing up. These pads hide all that needs to be hidden, while all the while staying in place and being absorbent when needed. Thank you to previous reviews. I usually wear them at night as will, with confidence that they will do the job all night long. These pads are wonderful. Thank you
