Arrived Dirty
The rug was Shipped in “original packaging” and arrived dirty. I saw another review that this happened and thought it was a 1 time thing. They do not wrap the rug at all so it arrived dirty with debris & stained from being on the delivery truck/ delivery process. Something new shouldn’t arrive already defective - returning immediately.

Overpriced for the quality. Poor quality for medium to high traffic areas. Looks great when brand new but doesn’t last, fibers become matted and no luck with cleaning/renewing it.

Which one is more easy-care?
I am really obsessed with this brand! But! I have been using this brand’s runner rug (white&grey) for 4 years. If you wash even warm colors are getting mix which I don’t like that only thing. I just bought today ☝️ one (white&grey) and one more to try. I hope I can not regret it after wash. I also use in the kitchen all the time. Thats why I need to wash this runner every month.

Love the color & size of the 7’ runner….however it was covered with black fuzz balls when I took it out of the package AND it is SO THIN - it isn’t worth the price - plus you can NOT vacuum it - so thin it gets sucked into vacuum. Returning because I don’t know how I would be able to keep it clean.
