The Casper Foam Pillow with Snow Technology

Way too thin. I regret this purchase, which was very expensive. It is intensifying my neck cramps from side sleeping, not relieving them. Because it is so thin, my jaw nearly touches my shoulder. Even when I unwrapped it, I thought a part of the pillow was missing bc it was so thin.

I don’t like it. It’s heavy. Not much fluff, so it hurts my ear.

Nice and firm. I’m a side sleeper. I tried it out when I was buying a new mattress.

I am a side sleeper. This was supposed to be good for side sleeping. It is too thin. I do have broad shoulders, however, this is made for a very small framed person.

Not cool or soft enough

It was not at all like the pillow I tried in the store. If I had to guess, they removed the quilted cover and just put the cooling technology in a pillowcase. I am very disappointed.

The pillow itself if quite comfortable. However the cooling effect of the “Snow Technology” is underwhelming.

Pillow is flat and can’t return it after opening. Store was closed for renovation and had this pillow from a similar purchase years ago. It’s about half the depth of my older one and now am stuck with a very expensive pillow.

I don't like the cool pillow its too heavy and not soft enough hate it!

Off gassing smell is too much to lay on overnight.

Comfort wise A+ I regret to inform you that I encountered an issue with the pillow's washability claim. The internal pillow became severely tangled, prompting me to cut open the case in an attempt to restore its shape and air dry it. Unfortunately, the pillow separated into multiple pieces, and despite waiting for almost a week, the outer sections have yet to dry completely.

Got the standard size Foam Pillow with Snow Technology and wow is it comfortable. the most comfortable pillow i've ever had and definitely the coolest. However the pillow does not hold it's cool temperature for long and it does tend to get a little warm and sometimes I have to flip the pillow over and the other side is super cool. Other than that this pillow is amazing.

I have not noticed that this pillow is any cooler than the standard Casper foam pillow that I have owned for quite a while. Any I cannot tell the difference between the two except for the cost.

I've had this pillow just shy of two years. I do really like it, but within a year, the layers were becoming bunched up inside. I was able to maneuver it around enough to get it flatter again. Fast forward another year, and it's worse than it was before. The middle layer was folded over itself in the middle making a big lump, and there was a harder something I could feel on the edge. I seam ripped the end of the thin cover so I could adjust more and investigate this strange hard item. It was some of the HeatDelete Band, and after adjusting the layers around, more of those HeatDelete Bands are loose on the inside and sort of just shriveled up. It's still a comfortable pillow (heavy though!), and now that I have straightened the layers out a bit, it will be more comfortable again. I'll still use it (it was very expensive after all), but not entirely happy with the quality. Also never really felt like the snow technology worked very well in the first place.

Casper hybrid with snow Medium frmness and loft,very nice ! The cooling is exceptional with at least 8 hrs provided ( im a very hot sleeper) most of the others that i have used over many years stayed cool as well, but not like Casper . Way to go Casper! The outer layer of foam is cool to the touch and very plush the inner core isnt as noticable through the plush cooling foam ( wich is nice) but with its medium density , it isnt right for me ,on the other hand ,it is perfect for my father . I am looking forward to reveiwing their other pillows and finding the perfect fit for me which is a firmer cooling pillow :) Maria Oneill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Snow Technology does not work. I found the pillow to be very uncomfortable and absolutely NOT cooling.

I bought this pillow for Christmas and once I finally opened it and let it air out it smelled so bad of chemicals I couldn’t even rest my head on it. Followed up with support and was met with hostility.

The Snow technology is perfect. The pillow is cool all over. Gives me a good sleep because I don't have to flip it over to get a cool place. I just have to move over a bit and it is cool and comfortable again.. I was a bit doubtful but it works perfectly..
