The First Years Simple Serve Fast Bottle Warmer makes feeding easier, any time of the day. This baby bottle warmer heats up breast milk, formula and baby food jars in just minutes. The Simple Serve is easy to use: simply add the desired amount of water to the vial, pour it in, add your bottle and push the button. It really is that simple! When the warming light turns off, the machine automatically shuts off and your baby's bottle is ready. A: We don't recommend warming glass bottles in a steam warmer but plastic are fine. Glass and plastic bottles can be used in our sterilizer.

Disappointed
I used the type of bottle that was recommended and it still didn't warm appropriately. I'm not sure what happened but somehow it was taking from my milk supply when I used the warmer and then it left a sweet smell lingering in the warmer itself.

This bottle warmer makes milk scalding hot!! Like so hot you'll burn yourself. Aside from that, it won't shut off! The automatic shut off does NOT work. Used 3x before the automatic shut off quit working. This product is NOT safe.

Try this if you want to burn your baby
I bought this when my son was born and never used it- I just switched him to formula and decided to set it up in his room. This thing BOILs your milk and it’s scalding hot. I literally just burned myself testing it. There’s no way that this is safe or can do what’s intended… it’s an 8oz bottle of milk. I let it heat for 2 or 3 minutes, the light hadn’t even turned off yet (if it ever turns off!) I’m grateful I second guessed how hot the milk was. This could have burned my child. Terrible product and should 100% be off the shelves.

Scorching hot
I wouldn’t even give this bottle warmer one star if I didn’t have to. I follow the directions and use the cup to put in the appropriate amount of water and the bottle comes out scorching hot to the point I can’t even touch it. I then have to get a bowl of ice cold water to cool it off which takes more time.

Toy warmer, does not work
My husband bought this for me. It doesn't warm up the milk at all. Light turns off after a minute while milk is still cold. Even room temperature milk stays the same.

Look Elsewhere for a Bottle Warmer
With a newborn home from the NICU, I needed a bottle warmer that was fast and efficient. However, this is NOT that bottle warmer. After reading and following the directions, several times too, this BOILS. The bottle is way too hot and the milk is scolding. It says to "wait until the light turns off" when milk is warmed. Giving it a second chance, I didn't wait this time and the milk was still super hot. What's the point of a warmer boiling your milk for you to have to wait for it to cool down?! Pointless. So, not only did it arrive late, waste my time, and waste my money - it also wasted my BM. Will be returning immediately.
