When I started using it I had a few pimples and blackheads, nothing too bad. I only used it for two days and it brought out more blackheads where I didn't have any before, and new acne breakouts, although very few. I'm not happy with the result at all, and besides that, it irritated my pimples a bit since they're red. It May be because the concentrate is too strong for my skin or because I used a tóner with rose and apply it while the skin was still wet. But I’m still not happy with the results and I know for sure I’m not going to use it ever again.

It was very smooth at first, my skin was clear and soft, but after using this product i broke out bad and small patches all over my face and pimples in places ive never even had any :(

it was great till it wasn't
i had been using brand, and i mean i bought everything you could think of because it really did work. after a year of using it, i woke up one morning with my eyes swollen shut. and it was like that for 2 months almost. i then found out what the cause of it was because i wasnt sure so i didnt put anything on my face and when i used it again, the same thing happened. im not sure if yall changed something but i used to love the brand.

I have been using this serum for yearssss. When I think, "Hmmm, let me try another niacinimide serum," I always find myself coming back for this one! It's gentle, effective, and I like that it has zinc in it. I normally don't see zinc in other niacinimide serums. I also like that this serum has simple ingredients that aren't irritating and that it actually has percentages, so I know it'll be effective! It's affordable too, so that's a plus!!

Broken bottle
Package arrived with product box wet; once box was opened, the cap of the bottle was broken and product had leaked out. There was only about 3/4 of bottle content left. Need to return for replacement or refund.

ive used one bottle which lasted a month and it doesnt really make your large pores go away, it just makes the appearance of your pores look a little smoother when you put it on..no matter of the consistency, it just enhances the appearance… But on to a derma roller and Collagen supplement :)

I used this for about a year and had the clearest skin I've ever had. I was also pregnant, so it was the only thing I was able to use for my adult acne. recently I've been struggling with my skin (under 2 years postpartum) and grabbed a different brands niacinamide. it was more expensive, but had a higher % so I assumed it was better. my skins been a mess ever since! I came back to this one as it doesn't clog my pores, and actually keeps my skin clear. if you're looking for a niacinamide to help with acne, this is it!
