I ordered online since my store doesn’t carry these in store. Came in broken. I called and agent said to throw away since they were going to send a replacement. 9 days went by & hadn’t received yet. I chatted with an agent & he said the previous agent never put it in correctly so now I have to wait more. He said he was not able to offer any compensation for their error. I’ll be buying this product elsewhere next time

I have a very oily t-zone with sensitive combo skin. It's only flaw is it might be irritating for sensitive skin, but only minorly and is temporary. Mostly when you apply it fresh after washing your face. In 3 days I've already noticed a HUGE reduction in oil around my nose and between my eyebrows. My skin is loving this!

Okay this is STRONG…. But I mix one pump cera ve lotion with 2 drops niacinamide and it is perfect. I have severe eczema on my face and this is making my face look fantastic! I layer eucerin hydration cleaner then eucerin serum and then the moisturizer/niacinamide combo with the two drops. My skin is soft and restored. I’ve been using this method for 2 weeks twice daily.
